Your Headset is a critical part of your aircraft Airworthiness so have it fixed by an aviation qualified technician. Attempted repair by gifted amateurs without tools or knowhow, normally leads to more expensive repairs: delicate parts are easily broken.

Ship the headset to 'The Operating Theatre' along with your fully completed Repair Request Form. Either submit form online or download, print and send with broken headset.

Before I start repair work, you will know how much the repair is going to cost and how long it will take. If you decide NOT to have your headset repaired, you only pay return postage.

 

Operation under full anaesthetic. Your headset does not feel a thing and full recovery is GUARANTEED and returned to you the day it is fixed. This means your fixed headset is back in your hands and on your ears promptly.

Note: Your headset can never be “new” again as all parts deteriorate in use. If repaired, it will be fixed to near practical aviation standards and that is what you are paying for.
